Guide to school and professional learning

Here we offer a useful tool for choosing the right learning process, in order to develop your attitudes and professional expectations.

School reform stated that at the end of intermediate school every student who was born after 1985 has two duties: a school duty and an education duty. School duty implies going to school for at least 9 years, and then comes education duty.

This new system unifies school, professional learning and work, so that they are no more separate: you are able to move from one to another without losing your former learning degree.
School duty

Everyone who was born from 1985 on and who went to school for eight years has to submit to school duty. School must be attended for at least nine years; if you had no pauses in the former scholl attendance, you need to attend at least the first year of secondary school.

This last year has direction purposes: you are able to verify your choice and to choose a learning course adequate to your attitudes and expectations, with the right teachers and without taking other exams.
Formative duty

When you finish school you have to go through a formative course, until you are eighteen or until you get a professional degree.

You have three chances:
  1. secondary school;
  2. professional learning, in a professional school recognized by law;
  3. learning while working, being an apprentice and submitting to special formative courses out of your company.
In order to get a complete and satisfactive learning, schools, professional institutes and companies must support both young people and families during the formative duty period.
Completing your learning process

In order to get a full training it is important to acquire specific skills through specialized courses.

In the Class learning and E-learning sections you'll be able to find a vaste offer of courses that are useful both for basic and advanced skills in every sector.
